The answer to “How?”  is “Onefulness.” “Onefulness” is a cool new word I developed to describe our relationship with our selves. It’s a state that forms through our ability to first realize, then access and use the data that makes up our identity. You see, each of us is a unique individual. We each develop our own identity, which is composed of our own self image, gender, characteristics, personality and qualities that set us apart from others. Realization and understanding of all of this is incorporated into a state I call “Onefulness.”

"A state of being in full realization of ourselves"

The concept of Onefulness developed after I saw clients change how they approached a problem once they could relate what wasn’t working within themselves to their situation. Sharing shamanic insights I received with them, people learned to recognize, access and understand the data that makes up their identity. Once they did that, they began to see what needed to change and worked at making supportive choices, affecting their thoughts and responses.

"Onefulness provides a full sense of the one-ness we possess"

Thoughts are so much a part of what we do that sometimes we forget we are thinking, yet thinking is the backbone of our existence. Embracing Onefulness stems from understanding how we think and why we choose certain behaviors, thoughts and actions, which ultimately support self-knowledge. This is not something we usually consider. We are so indoctrinated towards thinking someone else will provide a solution for us that we don’t attempt to adapt the information enough to make it our own.

It’s important to realize that the choices we make that culminate in a decision oftentimes change the direction of our lives. The abilities to think, change and make choices are very powerful tools that we possess but rarely use to our full advantage.

Embracing the concept of supporting change, I no-longer offer standard, common sense solutions. Instead, I listen and share knowledge I receive from Source, providing support while clients figure out what their issues are and how they are holding themselves back. This isn’t an instant cure. As each person progresses, their messages change, and they can see their own healing and growth process for themselves. All of my clients who are willing to do the work have gained from our sessions together.
