I have helped many people find their unique answers to these questions, and find joy, fulfillment and satisfaction in their lives.
My name is Dr. Erna Page-Meltzer. I am a chiropractor by profession and a shaman by nature. My gifts have provided me with insights regarding issues within the physical body as well as our mental and spiritual selves. In practice, I attempted to share choices with my clients and paths that supported the changes they sought, yet some people continued to hold onto their issues. After much frustration, I realized that true change has to come from within.
In order to have flexible thinking, which supports—and is critical to—growth and change, you have to know what makes up your identity, how to create solutions, how to change, and how to make choices. If a person doesn’t relate to their abilities or other aspects of their identity present in their thoughts, or if a person can’t see how the choices they make impact their life, how can they associate the insights I present with forming solutions for their issues? Now I understood: no one can make you do anything. Realistically you have to want it enough to go after it.
YOU are responsible for you, and YOU have to cultivate, support and love who and what you are. You must be your own worker, cheerleader and boss, seeking out ways to understand how you think and what makes up the many aspects of your identity. And I can help.
It takes work, yet it is worthwhile work because as you discover that you are worthwhile, you’re creating a better life for yourself.
So, “How” do you do this?
